To take away, or to be delivered at home?
Vous pouvez retirer votre panier individuel le jour de votre choix, du lundi au vendredi entre 9h30 et 18h, le samedi entre 9h30 et 17h, à la réception de notre siège social à Bertrange qui se situe au 1 Grevelsbarrière (voir le plan d'accès).
Votre panier peut aussi être livré à domicile moyennant un supplément de 3 €. La première fois quand nous vous contacterons pour confirmer vos détails d’abonnement, vous pouvez préciser des instructions à suivre en cas d'absence. Nous pouvons également livrer votre panier à votre lieu de travail.

The composition of the baskets is determined a few days in advance based on the current weather conditions, to ensure flavorful and high-quality products.

Co-labor est présent sur différents sites à travers le pays pour assurer une production de légumes et de fruits entièrement biologique. Selon les disponibilités des saisons, Co-labor complète les paniers avec des fruits et légumes saisonniers venant de producteurs de la Grande Région.
To minimize waste, we prepare your products in a sturdy, reusable plastic basket.
Most products are then placed "loose" (and gently) in your basket. Occasionally, a rubber band or compostable bag may be used to facilitate handling and preserve product quality.
We ask that you return this basket with each delivery in exchange for your new basket.
Nous vous prions de nous retourner ce panier à chaque livraison, en échange de votre nouveau panier. Une caution unique de 5€ pour la consigne du panier est ajoutée sur votre première facture, et remboursée en fin d'abonnement sous réserve de la restitution du panier.

You can cancel your subscription at any time with a notice period of 1 week (7 calendar days) by simply sending an email togrengekuerf@co-labor.lu
Are you going to be away for a few weeks? You might suggest to your family or neighbours that they take the opportunity to enjoy some delicious fresh products by collecting your basket!
If that’s not possible, you can also temporarily pause your subscription with a minimum notice of 3 working days by simply sending an email togrengekuerf@co-labor.lu.
A monthly invoice will be sent to you at the end of each month, covering the baskets received and any additional products ordered. You can settle it via bank transfer, Payconiq, or by direct debit.
The first invoice will include a one-off deposit of €5 for the basket, to be returned on your next delivery.
